Dental Savings Plan

We understand that sometimes financial situation may delay the start of your dental treatment. For patients that do not have dental insurance we have developed DentiHealth Dental Savings Plan.  It is an alternative to comercial insurance but is  not a dental insurance.  With this plan you are entitled to deep discounts on many procedures.  Discounting dental treatment  is designed to encourage regular visits and preventive care so call us to get started.   After all, we are DentiHealth.

We are excited to announce that in order to help our patient we have partnered with Center for Specialized Dentistry.   This agreement will allow our patients with DentiHealth Dental Savings Plan to receive discounted fees at the Center for Specialized Dentistry.

Individual Plan Includes:

  • 1 Comprehensive Exam (D0150)
  • 1 Annual Exam (D0210)
  • $ 50 Emergency Exams throughout the year (D0140)
  • 2 Prophylactic Cleanings per year (healthy mouth D1110)
  • Discount on Deep Scaling and Root Planing (D4341)
  • Discount on Periodontal Maintenance (D4910)

Program Guidelines

  • This is an individual plan and is non transferable to other patients
  • Patient’s portion of bill is due the day when services are rendered
  • There is a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses and is not renewed at its enrollment anniversary.
  • The discount plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other dental plan or insurance
  • No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time, even if benefits were not utilized.
  • Discounts under this program shall not apply to treatment started before enrollment or after plan expiration
  • NON-REFUNDABLE

Exclususions & Limitations

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance. It cannot be used:

  • In conjunction with any dental plan or insurance
  • For treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, lies outside the realm of their capability
  • For referrals to specialists
  • For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
  • For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical
  • For services of injuries covered under workers’ compensation

This plan is honored at Dentihealth 
It cannot be used at any other dental office.
